Gerry Ward is an HR professional specialising in Organisational Development. After roles with Siemens, British Aerospace and BAE Systems, she became a founding member of the management team for the Niteworks partnership between the Ministry of Defence and the Defence Industry. During 10 years as Partnering Director for Niteworks she oversaw the growth of the partnership to encompass over 110 Partner and Associate organisations.

Gerry holds an MSc in Strategic HR & Development, is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and is a qualified psychometric assessment test practitioner.

In over 30 years in the Defence industry David Ward has held senior roles up to Managing Director level. His experience covers the disciplines of systems engineering, project management, business strategy, marketing and sales. Most of his career has been spent in the C4ISR domain, with particular reference to the Land environment.

David has an Honours degree in Electronic Engineering and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
